• First and last name of the person to whom the check will be issued.
• Address, city, and zip code of the person to whom the check will be issued; please make sure this address is the same address your bank has on file for the person to whom the check will be issued.
• The amount you want on the check, since it’s a mobile deposit check you must keep the amount within $5,000 – $10,000 for each check.
